i had my consult last week and it went well. the nurse walked me through the whole process and didn’t make me feel rushed, even with all my random questions. i did have to wait a little, but overall it felt helpful, honest, and not salesy.

Yeah, it’s definitely not cheap, and I felt that little sting when I paid for it. But honestly? After using it, I get it. It’s one of those rare purchases where my wallet cried, but I have zero regrets.

Booking my appointment was really simple. I found a time that worked for me in about a minute, and the confirmation came through fast. No hassle at all.

I didn’t have a good experience here. The staff came across as rude and rushed me through everything, and when I tried to ask questions, I felt like I was being brushed off. What made it more frustrating was that nobody seemed willing to take ownership or actually help resolve anything. It just felt unprofessional and disappointing overall.

I don’t know... I was put off when I walked in. The waiting area had dust sitting in the corners, and the treatment room just didn’t feel like it had been properly cleaned before me. A few surfaces looked like they’d been wiped down really quickly, and the trash bin was already full. For somewhere that does body treatments, I expected it to feel a lot more sanitary. I left feeling uncomfortable and... yeah, I wouldn’t go back.

After a few weeks, my lower belly does look a bit smaller. It’s not like some overnight miracle or anything, but I can see there’s less fat there now. Kind of surprised me because I wasn’t expecting..

I got CoolSculpting done on my lower belly, and the actual appointment wasn’t horrible. It was super cold at first and uncomfortable, like really uncomfortable in the beginning, but it settled down after a bit. The weird part was after. I had swelling, bruising, and numbness for weeks, and I mean weeks, which I really wasn’t expecting. The numbness especially just kept hanging around and hanging around. I didn’t have to take time off work or anything, I went back the next day, but the side effects were annoying and lasted longer than I thought they would. Results definitely took time too, not something you notice right away, but I do like how it turned out overall. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m happy with the results, but the recovery was just longer and weirder than I was prepared for.

It worked fine overall, but the results definitely seemed to take longer than I was expecting. Maybe that’s normal, I’m not totally sure, but I’d say it’s good as long as you’re not expecting anything super fast.

I tried CoolSculpting, and comfort-wise, it was definitely a mixed bag. The first few minutes were intense with the pulling and the cold happening at the same time, which was lovely in the way you pretend something is fine when it very much is not.

Once the area went numb, it got easier to sit through, so I’ll give it that. The staff was nice and checked on me, which helped, because otherwise I would’ve just been lying there questioning my life choices in silence.

It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I also wouldn’t call it comfortable or relaxing by any stretch. I expected it to be a little easier, silly me, so 3 stars feels fair since it was tolerable, just not something I’d describe as pleasant.
